I thought I wouldn't; I said most custom journals look worse than the standard; and yet, here I am. Nah, I like custom journal colours when they look good. I think this one is quite ugly at the moment, but I wanted to purple-up my journal a bit more, so this is a temporary fix. Expect me to make a better layout at some point.
Also expect a buttload of oekaki pictures soon-ish. I ordered a touch screen a couple of days ago. ^^ It should arrive after the weekend. Man, I can't wait. I like the idea of oekaki, but I really don't like using a mouse or tablet. I find it hard to get the hang of drawing where I'm not looking. Also, I think the tablet I have isn't such a good one. But with my new touch screen, I'll be drawing lots more.
In other news, it's my birthday on the 22nd. Sigh. I hate getting older. Oh well. Feel free to
buy me presents for it. ^-^
I prolly won't be here tomorrow to tell you this so I'm gonna today.
... It occurs to me I should really update my Journal. XD
Yes, updates are gewd! XD
... Who are you, anyway?
I don't think we've ever met. I just decided to google your name when I saw your flag-wearing experiment on settingtheworldtorights.com, which I found searching for articles by Sarah Fitz-Claridge from takingchildrenseriously.com, which I really like and find very convincing. By the way, do you know if that site still being maintained? It doesn't seem to have been updated in a while?
If there's ever going to be another update it might be worth having a look on archive.org, as there are some old articles on there that were never transferred to the blog version of the site. I did read them, and I don't imagine they'll have been purged for ideological reasons(?), so I think it's probably an oversight?
As far as I know, the site hasn't been updated in a while, and I don't expect it to update soon. However, the TCS emailing list is still active. Also, if you like that stuff, you might like Elliot Temple's blog and philosophical dialogs: [link] It gets updated more often, and there is lots in the archive, too.
Anyway, I've had a read just now and you were right; I do like it, so thanks!.
